If you've sent fewer than 5,000 SMS, we'll exchange your sim card free of charge.
Please fill in the form below, after analysis and if your request is eligible, our postal address will be sent to you to allow you to send us your SIM card. A new SIM card will be sent to you within 3 days of receipt of your faulty SIM card.
